The Mission

ReliaMinds is building the AI Agentic infrastructure for the next generation of insurance. We are looking for a Founding Head to lead our Insurance Domain expertise. You will be the bridge between the Insurance domain value chain and our cutting-edge AI technology. This is an opportunity to refine and architect the future of how risk is understood, priced, and managed.

The Role

As a Founding Partner, you will have a seat at the table for every major company decision. Your primary objective is to define our product-market fit within the insurance vertical. You will work directly with our CEO and technical founders to:

• Define the Roadmap: Identify high-value use cases in the insurance value chain — agency & brokerage operations, automated subrogation, real-time underwriting, or LLM-driven claims adjustment.
• Lead Strategic Partnerships: Leverage your industry network to secure Design Partners and Pilot Programs with regional carriers, MGAs and brokers.
• Voice of Insurance Stakeholders: Ensure our AI models are built with the security, compliance, and actuarial precision required by global insurers.
• Advise & Build GTM Strategy: Develop the narrative and commercial models that will allow us to scale from 5 to 100.

What You Bring

• Domain Mastery: 15+ years of experience within the Insurance / InsurTech ecosystem (Carrier, Brokerage, MGA). You understand the insurance domain — policy admin, claims, reinsurance, distribution and agency management.
• Entrepreneurial Grit: You are comfortable with the "zero-to-one" phase. You prefer building a deck or a prototype from scratch over managing a large pre-existing team.
• High-Stakes Communication: Ability to speak the language of a Chief Claims Officer, Producer, Brokerage or Agency owner and communicate the value of AI-driven solutions.
• Technical Fluency: Understand the capabilities and limitations of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI. Strong belief that AI can redefine the insurance industry.
